A great example of Art Nouveau decoration.

My experience, Explo description: 

This building, built in 1904, was designed by Mihails Eizenšteins. With its symmetrical composition highlights the central window whose crowning are made of curved metal.

On the top, the attica above the cornice is decorated with three jellyfish head with a crying and open mouth (a similar motif can be seen in Vienna, Josef Maria Olbriha). Over the jellyfish heads are placed towers with eagles figures and other ornaments formations. The sides are crowned with lion figures, a symbol of safety and security.

My personal recommendations: 

Riga is a paradise for architecture lovers. Particularly for Art Nouveau fans. I spent 1/2 day visiting some of these buildings, and was very not enough!! Here is the map of my tour:
