A small battery with a shelter and 2 cannons slots.

My experience, Explo description: 

This battery was built during the 20th century.

My personal recommendations: 

Visiting it is a very good pretext for a nice tour walking tour on the ridge of the Gros Cerveau mountain, from the fort du Gros Cerveau to the Fort de la Pointe (3.4km to go). Very nice views all along the way.

How getting there: 

The battery is about 1km west from the Gros Cerveau fort, walking on the ridge track.

Once in Ollioules, follow the signs to the "Gros Cerveau". A road climbs up to there. Due to fire risks, it is not possible to access to its top in summer time.

A tip to eat: 

Take a pic nic, and have a lunch while looking at the impressive sight!
