A strange and interesting museum about unknown military objects: the sea mines...

My experience, Explo description:

The Museum is located in a 1748 gun powder depot.

The building has retained its function similar to its primary one even nowadays, housing the largest collection of sea mines of the Baltic Countries. Here one can see the mines of German, Russian, British, French and Estonian origin and become acquainted with the history of their acquisition.

The display of the mines is very singular. Even if you are not interested in these objects, it is worth a look! You can see mines of German, Russian, British, French and Estonian origins.

Have a look at the rear side of the building, where you can see more mines.

My personal recommendations:

You should also have your visit coupled with the maritime museum: you can see a submarine, a steamer icebreaker and patrol boats (Seaplane port Küti 15 A, Tallinn 10415, Open: Wed – Sun 10.00 - 18.00, Closed: at Mon.,Tue., national holidays)
