My experience, Explo description:

This is a place where you can explore the nature while contributing to the natives by hiring them as guides and enjoy bathing in a few waterfalls... If you are lucky, you might even get the chance to witness the largest flower in the world... The Rafflesia.

How getting there:

Get a flight to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (airport code BKI). From Kota Kinabalu, you will need to get a bus to Kota Belud (approximately 90 minutes travel).
I am the only person selling this tour so you will have to contact me to get you in touch with the local guides. Once you are in Kota Belud, you can have the option of staying at my house for free or at a hotel/hostel in town. Either my business partner or myself will take you to the village and we will be your translator to communicate with the native guide.

A tip to eat:

For best view, I would recommend Mayang Sari Restaurant where you have fantastic sight of the ocean on one side and the Mount Kinabalu on the other.

A tip to sleep:

Kota Belud Hotel
KB Traveller's Lodge
Siu Motel

I hire a native guide to take

I hire a native guide to take tourists into this part of Borneo. They are usually paid to extract timber out from the jungle but since our forested area in Borneo is declining day by day I thought about giving them some works which will pay them more per day and not as tiring as cutting timber... and taking tourists to enjoy the nature would be the best alternative to strike two birds with one stone.
