My experience, Explo description: 

Interested in Indian cooking? want to learn some basics?
Shashi is probably a good answer for these questions. There you will have the opportunity to learn basics such as masala, Pakora or Nans.
There are many other option in Udaipur but I think that Shashi cooking class is probably the best one. The food is awesome and shashi is very friendly.
Of course you will enjoy the food you cooked...
