This is a very curious church! And it seems to be quite unfamous also! ;)

Very surprising small pink and white church looking like a huge pastry (Strawberry chantilly ;-) ).

My experience, Explo description:

Built in 1780 in honour of a major Russian naval victory over the Ottomans, ten years earlier in 1770. The battle took place in Aegean Sea, close to the island of Chios, in front of the small town of Tchesmé on the Anatolian coast .

The church has an unusual shape, looking like a clover.

This is the first building of neo-Gothic inspiration in Russia.

How getting there:

Ulitsa Lensovieta 12

A little excentered, not far from Moskovskaïa square.
