A geological curiosity easily visible from the road...

My experience, Explo description: 

Natural arch measuring 5 to 6 meters in height to 20 meters in length. Ark is made of white limestone. It is based on a foundation of brown-pink puddingstone.

My personal recommendations: 

Drive on the very close ridges road, to the Semaphore and Cap Canaille up to Cassis.

How getting there: 

From La Ciotat, take the road to Cassis passing by Cap Canaille. In La Ciotat, you should take the Marcel Camusso avenue. After 3km, there is a left turn from where you can see the arch on the other side of a valley.

Unfortunately, the road is narrow and you can't stopo there. You must continue 700m until a new curve: there, you can park and take photos!

From the car park, you can walk to the arch (1,000 metres round-trip; 1/2 hour).

Go down a short the road to join a trail with a few blue tags. This trail has a small rocky passage not difficult just before the arch.
