A little armoured train hidden in a park close to Bangkok Railway station.

My personal recommendations: 

The armoured train stands in a little park, which also hosts a peaceful library and coffee shop.

How getting there: 

Since 2004 the station has been connected to the MRT subway system at Hualamphong Station.

Get out of the station and go north (500m), going along the canal on the western side of the station. Just before reaching the first bridge over the canal, you will see the little park on your right.

A tip to eat: 

Have a drink in the library...
