A very nice walk and waterfall not really far from the road... A fresh stop during the warm season...

My experience, Explo description:

Calomarde waterfalls are located not very far from Albarracin (if you have a car). There, the Rio de la fuente del Berra falls down on about 20m... The waterfall is situated in the middle of a steep and wild pass, in a woody area.

You can reach the waterfall by feet. On the way, try to find the ruins of the ancient medieval mill...

My personal recommendations:

Not really far from the waterfall, you can go to the National Reserve of the Universal Mountains. It is located about 30km West from Albarracin. It is a zone of tranquillity with a lot of water (Tagus spring). This is an ideal place to get fresh ideas ! But you can also practise there hiking, fishing, climbing...

How getting there:

Waterfalls are located about 12km from Albarracin, on the road going to Cuenca (A1704). The site is very indicated, with many signs on the road side.

The waterfall is 5 minutes away from the road.
