The park and gardens :
In 17th century, the French gardens were developed on an orderly and symmetric mode. But in the 18th century, the mode was more English style, with dissymmetrical views and a closer relation to the nature.

The Mogère domain is a harmonious synthesis of these 2 types of gardens. An important Italian tuch is given by the presence of Cypress, and especially at the "buffet of water" : it is a large "rocaille" style (rocky) fountain with a rich decoration : orange and red shells and mosaics. The gardens have also some allegorical statues of the spring and summer.
