Beautiful blue neoclassical palace surmounted by a cupola.

My experience, Explo description: 

The Malecon and Punta Gorda was once the upper class neighborhood of Cienfuegos. The rich people have built many colorful and kitsch neo classical palaces there, which are now a joy to visit.

The palace is now converted into a hotel.

My personal recommendations: 

If you are in the hotel, go to the top of the copula, where you will have a fantastic view.
