This museum features a collection of religious art.

My experience, Explo description:

A very little museum located close to the cathedral. You won’t be bothered by other tourists while you visit it : the museum staff opened it just for me, and switched off the light just after !

Have a look at the bell (cast in 909), supposed to be the 2d oldest surviving bell in the world.

Have a look at the little archaeological section, with interesting potteries and an old Mummy.

My personal recommendations:

If you are fed up with religious art, have a drink on the very animated Plaza Bolivar !

How getting there:

The museum is located on the Plaza Bolivar, adjacent to the cathedral (south).
