Located on the south side of Parque Marti, the provincial museum is an opportunity for a visit to discover the rich paintings and objects that surrounded the wealthy Cuban-French society of the golden age of Cienfuegos.

My experience, Explo description: 

Do not miss the incredible "Troll & Baker » (Geneva) music machine of the 18th century. It still works!

My personal recommendations: 

Come at the evening, if possible at 18pm, just before the museum closes. If you're nice, you can then visit the museum alone with the keeper as a guide.

How getting there: 

Parque Jose Marti. (Avenida 54 and Calle 27).

A tip to eat: 

In Cienfuegos.

A tip to sleep: 

In the museum? No kidding. Cienfuegos for sure ;-)

Open hours: 

10am to 18pm from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
10am to noon on Sundays.
Closed on Mondays.

30 min.

2 CUC = 2 euros.
+ a tip for the keeper for the "late visit"!
