Nice religious objects, displayed in a old colonial house with a peaceful patio. Short visit.

My experience, Explo description:

Juan Antonio Paredes house was built between 1680 and 1710 as a request of Mr Paredes, General Paredes grandfather. Due to a restoration program of patrimonial buildings from 1990, Paredes house is acquired by the current regional government, recuperating the original lines of an old colonial house to become the headquarters of the colonial art museum.

The museum has 5 rooms dedicated to permanent exhibitions. The objects are well placed in exhibition. Interesting drawing too.

My personal recommendations:

The museum is short. Take advantage of the visit to make a stop and enjoy the peaceful patio.

How getting there:

Intersection Av 4 with Calle 20.
