Ree Park – Ebeltoft Safari is a special day out, close to the animal kingdom. In the park’s outstanding landscape, more than 800 animals coexist on almost their own terms without caging or high fences but with lots of space in which to roam. Here you will find open savannahs and expansive prairies, so you suddenly feel that you are in Africa or North America or Asia.

My experience, Explo description:

Throughout the day we tell visitors about the animals when they are invited to watch them being fed on the Land Rover Safari, and to hold the large birds of prey during the falconry display, or when camel riding ; visitors are also invited in to see the monkeys on the monkey islands, to follow cheetahs hunting at 70 kilometres per hour and to watch when we show how a black bear can live together with a white wolf !

Five continents in one day !

Meet the spotted cheetahs, the dangerous wild dogs, the big black bears, the arctic wolves, the impressive vultures and eagles, the mighty American bison, the cheeky skunks, the hot-tempered zebra – plus one curious ostrich – and more than 100 different other species in the park.

The five continents – Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America – offer a wealth of experiences for all the family. Please lookunder the areas where you will find them all.

Come early – so you can see it all, close to the animal kingdom !

How getting there:

From Århus :
Drive to Tirstrup, then right towards Ebeltoft, turn left towards Gravlev and continue towards Ree Park - Ebeltoft Safari.

From Grenaa :
Drive to Tirstrup, then left towards Ebeltoft, turn left towards Gravlev and continue towards Ree Park - Ebeltoft Safari.

From Ebeltoft ferry port :
Drive to Tirstrup, before Øksenmølle turn right towards Gravlev and continue towards Ree Park - Ebeltoft Safari.

There is free parking for 450 at the entrance to Ree Park - Ebeltoft Safari.
